Gurmat Vichar Sabha of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Sector 26, Chandigarh conducted a National level Online Quiz competition dedicated to the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji. In which about 450 students from all over India participated enthusiastically. The students were awarded cash prizes by the college. Charanjit Kaur of Govt. State College of Education, Patiala bagged the first prize of Rs. 1100/-, second prize of Rs.700/- was received by Manpreet Singh, a student of Panjab University, Chandigarh, the third prize of Rs.500/- each was received by two students Gunjot Singh, Banda Singh Bahadur College Fatehgarh Sahib and Sangeeta Sharma Tinsukia College, Assam. College teachers Dr. Chitwan Kaur, Dr. Gurvir Kaur Bhullar, Dr. Pushpinder Kaur, Dr. Sukhjinder Kaur, Dr. Rohit Sharma and students Ankit Sharma, Harinderjit Singh, Amarinder Singh and Jaspreet Singh made significant contribution in making this Gurmat competition a success by working under the guidance of Convener Dr. Kanwaljit Kaur.Students were congratulated by Gurdev Singh Brar, President, Sikh Educational Society, Col. Jasmer Singh Bala, Retired Secretary, and Charanjit Singh, College Principal.
